My connection should have been activated this Saturday (12th of March). But nothing happened since this day.



My modem has green DSL led but, does not blink with Info led at all.



I already contacted Hotline and they created ticket for me - 6068883.



Unfortunately I missed incoming call and can not connect with hotline now.



Last time I was waiting for 25 mins - and after that guy just refused to speak english and hanged up.



Please help me to get my internet connection working or I will have to terminate and contract and start choosing another provider.
