Internet Conexion slow

I have arrived at home and i have no internet Conection.
Nothing vía WiFi o vía cabel.
When i try to Connect with diferent devices vía WIFI, appears that there is connection but without internet access.
When i try to do It vía cable o smartTV, says that It is no internet connection.
I have tried to restart the HomeBox 2 without any succsess.
The router led It seems ok.

Could You say me if there is any problem with muy internet conection?

is the Phone working?
WLan is off.
If you have the activation key you could do a factory default reset.
Press reset for 10 secounds.

Hello,
I have deactivate the WLAN un orden to test if It works only vía cable.
The telephon works sometimes.
When You say "activation key"
You mean the user and password that o2 hice you un orden to use your own router?


Or the vozIp pin



The activation was made buenas a technichal in July

Ok.
You say "Press reset for 10 secounds."
But there isn't any reset buttom.
I have an HomeBox 6441.
But before reset It.
Somebody from O2, could me say if there is an indicence in Stuttgart - Weilimdorf 70499 Zweibrückener Strasse?
From this mornig the DSL, Internet and Telefon Leds are off, also Info Led
