Hi all, I have moved to a new apartment and ordered the movement of my connection to the new place 16 days ago. my appointment for the activation was supposed to be today from 8:00 to 12:00. I took the day off from work to be in the house the house the whole day. and until now 2 pm now body came so I called the hotline and they said that the technician is saying that he came and nobody was at the house, actually this cannot be true. I was in the house and I’m in the ground floor so I can see if anybody came, my name is on the doorbell and the building door was open too. Nobody rang the bell, nobody left any notice in the mailbox or called me on my phone, and now I have to wait 1 week again for a new appointment and I’m afraid that the technician does the same thing again. All my work is depending on having the internet and I was so hard for me in the last two week but I was waiting for today!!



Now I want to know is there any way I can get this connection before one week?



How can I make sure that the technician doesn’t do the same thing again? How can I prove that?
