Dear O2 service team,
I urgently need to access the internet, but I couldn't since Saturday. Live chat doesn't work and a phone call took me so long to connect a real person. The router seems okay because all relevant lights (Power, WLAN, DSL, Internet, Telephone) are lit. Last month, there wasn't enough money in my bank account for O2, but now it's okay. Could this be the reason for the internet cut? If it is the case, how could that be without any notice in advance? I look forward to hearing from you.
Best,
Dong-hwan.

Hello Dong-Hwan,
in general you will recieve a letter informing you how much is missing and because they couldn't bill you last month, they stop auto-billing until you paid your dept. So you should have a look at your O2-Balance in "Mein O2" section and pay the mentioned sum to O2.
If you don't want to call customer service, you can also go an O2-shop next to you and pay there. Then your internet/phone should be reactivated within a day or two.
Good Luck!

Hello Dong-hwan,
I think@Knut_Knatterton gave you the right advise.
Please make sure that you pay your fees until the date of payment, or that the company can charge the money at that day, otherwise you will get extra fees for the return debit note.
Just keep an eye on that and avoid extra costs!
Kind regards,
Jessica
