I've recently ordered the DSL All-in L. I've received the Fritzbox and on the 13.03.2017, as agreed, a Telekom technician came to connect to the telephone line. Then I configured the router but, after a temporary connection, it collapsed. The next day, Tuesday ( 14.03.2017) I've receive an SMS from you which tells that there is a problem with the DSL Line at the moment. I confirm that the connection is really unstable almost non existent, both with the Wi-Fi and the LAN cable. I’m trying to contact you by Facebook, chat, mail or telephone unsuccessfully. I’ve called the number 0800-5251378, the 089787979400 and the 089787979409 but after one hour in waiting, nobody answered me. I also called the Telekom Customer Care but they can’t help me because of data Protection. I've try to set up my router on different channels (from 6 to 13) but I don't see any improvement.  I’m getting very angry because I’m in this situation from a week and I can’t receive any assistance from you. I attached to this mail the screenshot of your SMS and of the conversation via Facebook. I would like you to send a technician to my place so we can fix the line or at least answer me! Waiting for an answer.
