Dear O2 team,







My router it is not working anymore, before was already difficult to connect in the internet, bot now it is worse, the internet lights is out and the lights of info in the router is always red. My computer has no space to ready CD.



I would like to ask technical support to visit me and help me!

Hi,



make a factory reset (push reset button > 10 seconds), after the router ist resettet  put your connectet phone and type the pin after invitation,



or open a browser and write at the adress line o2.box or 192.168.1.1, if you be at the router menu start the "Einrichtungsassistent" and follow the menu.



If this all helpless, it seems like a technical problem, for this call the o2 technical support for free 0800-5251378 (german speaking menu at beginning, maybe a german speaking friend is helpfull), or use the livechat.

Dear O2 team,



My internet is again with problems it is really stressing.



I tried to call but my German is very bad and also the attendants cannot speak English.



The new situation is with the lights of internet and info off and when I try to go to O2 says I have a DSL problem but it is not in the cable. It is worse, my DSL is not connecting and in Einrichtungassistent says DSL Kabel wurde correct angescholossen, but the Status DSL-Verbindung is not ok. Then I could find is the solution of problems a software: O 2 service suite set up, I installed the software and followed the instructions, but it could not solve the problem because DSL.



Is being very hard to solve those problems, one day I could and in the next day another problem. I hope we can solve it.
