In need of English support regarding contract

Hi all,

I urgently need to speak with someone in English regarding an order I made earlier this week for a contract and phone with o2.

I was asked to for an alternative payment method via the o2"Alternativ-Angebot zu Ihrer Bestellung", which I did fairly quickly, but did not receive any sort of confirmation or tracking number or anything from o2 after doing so.

I wold really appreciate any help with this. Thank you.

Is everything fine now?

As I see, also your sim-card has already been activated.

As I see, you ordered the IPHONE XS 64GB, SPACEGREY. Hopefully you payed the amount of the alternative offer by using the link of the e-mail, did you?

When did you pay the amount?

As soon as we get the payment, we will activate the delivery for the mobile phone.

Hi @o2_Tobias, thanks for your help. Yes I made the alternative payment using the link sent in the email from o2, but following that I didn't receive any confirmation from o2 for some days.

I only just got my WSHW number recently so does that mean the delivery has been activated?
