My partner keeps getting a bill for a internet service that was never provided. The internet connection was never made, no contract was signed but he still keeps getting an invoice on his email. He does not even live there anymore. He does not even live in Germany.



This is really not acceptable. It's impossible to get in touch with the customer service to sort this out.
