I've moved out of Germany, sent back everything t O2, including an abmeldung, but have never heard back

Hello, 

I have followed the procedure described on your forum for moving out of Germany. I have written and sent a letter in which I allow you to take 3 month lump sum, have sent all the material back to you, as well as a copy of my abmeldung. Still, I haven't hear anything back and you keep taking money out of my account. 

Could you please answer me or provide me with a way to contact you?

are you talking about a mobile contract or DSL?

Hi Jessica. Thanks for your answer. It is a DSL contract Kundennummer DE15030771.

I wrote to cancel the contract in advance 6 months ago, but received the reply that I had to wait to have an abmeldung, then send everything back.

End of January, when we left Germany, I sent back all the material to you. Then, once I received an abmeldung, I sent you a copy of it (from the UK) as well as a letter authorizing you to take 3 months from my account.

I got the information of my colleagues that your tariff got deactivated already, and that the last open amount is 26,80€. ☺️
