Last month I cancelled my automatic Internet plan to do it manually by myself every month. This month, I've charged 10E and pay for my prepaid Internet Plan, a few hours after I've been charged again although I had cancelled it, and automatically added me another Internet Plan, so now I have two ending the same day, but I don't need both at all. I'd like to have one of my 10E back, or either extend the expired day until next month.

I retraced your booking and I could see, that the "Smart 300" was is a waiting loop, waiting that you top up your phone. As soon as you did that, the "Smart 300" rebooked itself. You booked the pack "Data Pack L" In addition on that day. I will give you a refund for the "Smart 300" pack, since I can follow your problem.
