I made new contract and on 12 of June was Technician at our home, he could not open the basement but told me that connected internet. I have my own o2 router so still could not use internet. How would be about payment and how long time I have to wait for solving this problem.

could you explain what "I have my own o2 router…" means?
The O2 router (homebox) is for rent only, and will not work on other lines.
So if you buy this router from any where (but not O2) it will not really work.
