I'm new customer



my dsl connection is not connected



There is No support



3 days ago I contacted support and they told me they'll send some one



but nothing happens so far



NO SUPPORT



Its like i made contract with a ghost!



I NEED TO CANCEL



I want to use my 3 weeks time to cancel without paying 



how can I do that?
