Hello ,



i bought an O2 free 15 contract (without a phone) ,after 24 hour of buying the SIM ,i wanted to add a mobile phone to my contract (which i bought from media market ) , I went to O2 customer service in Munich (Marinplatz) and they refused to help ,i went also to media market and they refused to help .



what should i do to add a mobile phone to the contract ? should i cancel the contract ? do i have 14 day return option ?



You do not have a 14 day return option because you signed the contract in a shop.



You can buy a phone at any time, but if the shop in which you signed your contract is not willing to let you link this to your mobile contract then you will not receive a discount as you would have dione if you had bought the phone at the same time as signing the mobile contract. Only the shop can help you with this.




But , i've signed the contract with O2  and O2 will take money from my account each month ,shouldn't O2 customer service find a solution for this ???

No, not necessarily. You get discounts for the purchase of a smartphone only if you make a mobile telecommunication contract at the same time. If you make such a contract and later you decide to buy a phone, it is not possible to get such Discounts any more.

Yes, you did. And you get all the services which you pay for, don't you? You can phone, use the mobile Internet and send/receive SMS. A cheaper phone is not part of the contract you signed. 😉
