Hello,



I need to know the end dates of my mobile contract, and the other data SIM attached to it. Please don't refer to anywhere, I need the exact dates as SMS, Email or whatever.



I also need to know how to cancel the auto renewal option, for both.



I need the form as PDF, and the postal address or Email to send to after signing. And the process of cancellation confirmation.

There is no form. If you don't want the contract to be automatically extended you will need to terminate it by giving 3 months notice to the end of the contract term. The address is on your invoices. The date on which the current term ends is shown in the customer portal mein o2. Or you can ask customer services. Nobody can send you an SMS or email from here.
Can I send them a letter in English?
If you would cancel the contract at the end of runtime....
