i bought an iphone x online but i was not really happy from it for the money i paid so i returned it, now i want to buy another phone.
i just want to know how long it takes until i can order another phone.

your new orders all didn't went through 'cause of credit rating reasons (Bonität). This could also have happened because you ordered one, and shortly after that the next one (they don't care if the one was sent back).
I am writing that department now if we can make a new order for you.

I have contacted the department and asked if a new order can be made.
To check that they need a copy/picture from both sides of your ID card and of your bank card as well.
Do not post it online here! This is a public thread!
You can send it to us via private messages.
I'll explain you how:
- click on your own Username on top of the page, right corner. In that new window you open "Mein Stream und Aktivitäten"
- in that new window click on "Mein Stream"
- there you have to click on "Nachricht senden" (sending message)
- put in o2_Support as the addressee und right next to the "Absenden" (sending) button you find the icon to attach a picture.
