I have asked for over two months now to stop being overcharged and misbilled for more than the one prepaid package. I have gotten a refund last month. Please call me on my prepaid handy or I will be change to Vodaphone for all my home DSL/internet/prepaid
No matter how long i look at your online service pages or blogs, it does not fix the human error of pushing buttons on my account.
Please use human beings for services computers cannot do and stop trying to cut customer service to boost business profits.

Thanks Jessica for the clarification. I have a prepaid handy and it was sorted last month but now it seems they want me to load the phone with an app. I do not want to do that or give my bank details.
Do I have a choice? It seems my handy is run out as of today and I am being charged per day and data while I have enough to load it up if they would automatically take it out of the konto...
What to do? I am tired after three months of this not being an automatically completed process. This is the third month in a row I am paying extra charged for a service I was recommended to use and I seem to go over the 200 Einheiten and get charged. I am thinking Vodaphone, which my husband has, is just easier at this point. Will figure this out and then see about what my other options are. I have been with O2 for over 8 years but this is too much.

my prepaid card will expire 20.5.2017 and I have requested to take the number with me on Friday. I was told there is a 25 Euro portierungs charge and to put the funds on the account.
I do not want to be overcharged to recharge my prepaid card and want the charge for taking my number with me taken out BEFORe the 20th. Will that happen?
Do I need to call again?\
What happens now as I see the funds on the account but no one has taken them out and I need the number for Friday?
