I have 1 tariff and I want to buy the new one I don’t want to extend my old contract

 I want to buy new tariff which is actually cheaper I 

don’t want to pay 35 Euro for internet only without phone why I cancel my old contract which already nearby to finish 24 months and buy the new offer with 35 euros with mobile fone and tablet and 10 gb internet can I do this
