I don't see any Kombi-Vorteil (10eur) in my invoices

Hello,

I have both mobile and DSL contracts (DE16474768) and there has to be a 10EUR discount for me, but it my invoices there's nothing about this discount. So I think I need this discount to be activated + my invoices have to be recalculated.

Live chat says I have to call the CC but there's a German-oriented IVR and I can't handle it.
