I don't have credit anymore...

On December 25th I recharged my phone through "Express-Aufladung", I put €14,99, and I also got the email confirmation but Is not working. it says I 0,01€ credit.  I also activated my Smart L pack. Could you please tell me how can I do to make it work? Thank you very much. Have a good day! Sandra
