I received my router, the technician came and said that the network is fine. I started the installation and reached the Zugangs-PIN, but I do not know it. The gut at the O2 shop said that I should have received it by e-mail, but could not find it there also. Can you send me this PIN? 



The guys at the O2 shop said that I have to contact customer support by phone, the guy at the live chat said the same thing, but customer support are not picking up also I'm not sure if I'm in the right place with this automated menu which is only in German, this is the European Union and English is an official working language either. This is the only place I can get some help in an understandable language, so I would appreciate a fast response and if this doesn't happen I'm considering canceling my DSL, because I waited 1 month just for the technician to arrive and I still can't have it working.

Normally you´ve got a confirmation of the order, either by post (take a look at the back of the papers) or by mail (Spam-folder ?) where stands youre phone number, login for "mein o2" and the pin.



At "mein o2" you also can find the Pin, but if you don´t got your conformation you also have no login data.



If you don´t find it please write again and wait for an presenter for hlep.

I found only the  Auftragsnummer which is the only thing that looks like the needed PIN ( 10 digits) , but when I use it gives me this error Der Wert des Feldes "PIN" muss eine gültige PIN enthalten.




I see there is still a open ticket for our tecnicians.

I found a friend who speaks German and finally contacted the hotline, they told me the Zugangs PIN, but since there is currently no network I'm waiting for that to be fixed to try it out.
