Hello,

Currently it seems my DSL order is proceeded, but I din't make an order.
How can I cancel the order?

In October, I did order DSL contract at O2, but after a month
the operator of O2 told me that I had to cancel my DSL order
because there was a technical problem regarding the lines in my apartment
that O2 couldn't deal with.

So, I cancelled my order by phone and ordered another DSL contract to the other company.

However, recently I received a SMS from O2 that tells the date of construction of line for DSL contract. I am really confused because I didn't make an DSL order to O2,
and currently my DSL contract in the other company is started.

How can I cancel this order that I didn't make? I really need your help about this problem.

My previous customer number is 5XXXX92
and previous order number is CINXXXXXXXXXB

Thank you.

Hello,
I had a look into this.
According to our data the connection could not be established because there was no free line to the flat you live in. In this case we keep contacting the local provider regularly until a free line is available or the contract is canceled by the customer.
Since we recieved no cancelation from you, we kept asking and finally got a free line.
If you want to cancel this order I recommend to contact our customer service as fast as possible. If you do not speak any german at all I recommend to call with a friend of yours who does so since we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent.
Regards,
Lars

Hello,

Thank you for your answer.
I cannot believe this situation because the operator I talked last time told me that my order was canceled.
I'll make a phone call after the holiday because I am abroad so I cannot do that now.
