Hello o2,



I need your help to cancel my contract for good.



I submitted a cancellation request back in April for my phone contract. They said that within 10 days I will receive a phone call to confirm the cancellation, so I waited. But there was no phone call or any response from the o2 Team. I tried visiting the o2 shop in the town that I am living in, but they strictly mentioned that they cannot help me as cancellations should be done via online.



Then in early May, I found out that this number doesn't have any signal anymore, "No Service" was written on my phone, I tried on other phone thinking that there is a problem with this phone. But same thing happened. So I thought, that's it, my contract is officially cancelled.



And then a few days later, I got a rechnung saying that I have to pay a full amount of monthly bill. Same thing happened with the month of June.



Please help me to solve this problem. It is okay for me to pay the latest bill that I have from you (around 80 Euros) as long as I can cancel this contract for good. Even though I cannot even access or use the phone number anymore since May.

Best solution to cancel a contract is a letter by snail mail.



The cancel procedure by phone is only a "request" and you must call the service phone to confirm, which changed maybe the number last time.
