I had applied for a contract on 23rd May for DSL connection. But on June 2nd, I had sent the e-mail to "widerruf@cc.o2online.de" to cancel the contract. According to the rules, I can cancel my contract within 14 days and send an e-mail to the specified e-mail ID is a valid way to cancel the contract. But I have not heard of O2 yet. Also, I still get the messages that my connection will start from the 3rd of July. I had refused to accept the delivery of routers as well.

I try to contact customer support, but I do not understand German. Please help me.
