Hello support system,
I am being charged for a service I did not request or use, and I would like to know if it is possible to change that from my bill, and to cancel it if possible. The services I am not using and being charged for are: Games flat, Napster music flat, and O2 protect complete flex.

If you want i am able to cancel the flatrates for you to the following day. Do you want to cancel them all? Games Flat, Napster and o2 protect?
Please tell me exactly the flatrates/options, which you want to cancel.
