Hi, I used to live in Germany and at that time my fiancee started a DSL contract with you to receive Internet. We have since moved away from Germany to a place where o2 cannot provide us with DSL anymore and hence doesn't need your DSL services anymore. Before moving we wrote you a letter saying that we were moving and attached our de-registration slip from the Burgeramt. We were told that was enough to cancel our contract with you and that it could take up to 3 months for you to process. But.. now it's been over 6 months and you still withdraw money from our German bank account even though you don't provide any service for us. I've tried calling your hotline but get stuck due to my poor german skills or maybe due to me not having a german telephone number (not sure which). So please either answer me here what steps needs to be taken to get you to stop stealing my money or provide another form of communication. /Pelle
