I made my cancellation notice in time by May 31 2017. But not sure why it did send no matter how many times I tried to send. Then the midnight came and i can´t find anywhere to cancel .. Anyone can help? I suffered two years with O2´s non service service....finally I can run away please help....

Hello anthyia,
the normal start of your contract was the 20th of March 2015.
So, even if the cancellation would have reached the company at the 31st you would have been much too late.
Cancellations have to reach the company 3 months before the normal runtime end.
So, for your it would have been the 19.12.2016.
Now your contract got extended for 12 months.
Make sure that you cancel until the 19th of December 2017, otherwise it will get extended again.
