My contract is Telephone - Internet - TV



I don't know how to watch programs in my TV from o2, how to connect, which cable?

What should I do?

My TV is already connected to WiFi, and using the TV cable I can only watch 10 programs with very low quality.

I'm trying to communicate with them in online chat in German language and they don't even answer. I don't know what's going on, what should I do?
