How should I proceed to cancel my DSL plan?

Hi, 

if you want to cancel your contract or if you sign a contract and want to withdrawal ?

For first you ca do this online o2.de and follow the instuctions.

For second you´ve got a mail adress in your informationletter from o2 but remember you only can do this for 14 days after sign the contract online or by phone, if you sign the contract in a shop you have no right to withdrawal.
