Hello all

I tried to cancel my contract as the guy from o2 store told me: send a letter saying that I want to cancel it and send the router back as well. I did exactly it but o2 keeps charging me!!!

Please someone give me some information how I can cancel this thing because I already left Germany ☹️

Thanks

Hi,

if you want to cancel the contract until to the end of the minimum contract term, or befor the time ?

Is it the second one you must write in the letter that you want to cancel the contract befor ending and o2 needs a proof that you leaving germany.

Hello Jogi, thanks for answering!

How can I prove it? And to who should I talk about it?

thx

Hi,

for example you can sent a copy of your logoff confirmation to o2, or somthing else.

For talking you can use the hotline (089 – 78 79 79 40 0), livechat (Der Kombi-Vorteil für o2 Kunden right on the edge), Fax (01805-880088), o2-shop or sent a letter to

Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG

Überseering 33

22297 Hamburg

also you can wait here for a presenter, but this you will maybe wait until two weeks.

Hello

I REALLY want to cancel my contract. I sent the equipmente back 2 months ago and the contract is still on. I also SENT A LETTER but IT HAS NOT BEEN CANCELED YET!

Which document should I send now? Who can I call to finish this?

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME?

THANKS

Jogi already tried to help you with his answer.

You can call the hotline if you have a request that has to be fixed fast. This community is nothing to fix a problem right away.

For a cancellation because of moving abroad you have to send a written cancellation with the reason why you want to cancel (no needed form, just a normal written one), but you also have to hand in a deregistration letter of your place of residence in Germany as well as a registration letter of your new city or a confirmation of your employer.

All of this you have to send to the company address in Hamburg.

As well as one else: an agreement letter that o2 is allowed to charge 3 monthly basic fees as a replacement.

Kind regards,

Jessica ☺️
