I'm an O2 DSL client.
Apparently, I need some 4 digit code to reset my password and access my online account. I have no recollection to ever set such code. I remember a support code, but that is not 4 digits.
How can I have my access restored?

you have chösen the four digit "Persönliche Kundenkennzahl" as you ordered this contract. If you do not know it at all and it is an urgent matter you can contact customer service via chjat or phone and they are able to send this number to you by mail.
