How can i receive DSL router

Hello,

 

I hope i can get a help in English.

I am a new DSL customer, but unfortunately i did not receive my DSL router (for some reason DHL did not find my house number).

How can I request the router to be resent, i will provide another address?

I tried calling service desk but ended in hours long waiting lists with no result.
