Me and my wife have tried to get internet installed now for weeks, the first appointment no one showed up to install the cable after calling o2 they apologised and made another appointment. After waiting all day AGAIN no one showed up !? My wife has no been on the phone for hours and Not a single one of four telephone assistants could point us in the right direction!? How incompetent can one company be!? Why is it so hard ?



Please answer my question as to how one can get their internet installed? Its 2019 o2 get your shit together !

I'd like to have a look into this, unfortunately I neither found any DSL data under the phone number nor the email address that is ised in this forum.

If, for whatever reason, a DSL technician does not show up on the apointment and the DSL router still does not work after that (not every time the technician has to access the flat) I can only recommend to call the DSL customer service to arrange a new apointment. Please ensure that you name is written on the bell and the tecnician has access to the landline connector (APL) in your house. Please excuse any inconvenience.
