Dear all,



Few weeks ago a technicial from telekom came to my new flat to reactivate the router. Everything was working for two days, but since then i cannot connect to internet.



I did a restart of the router, entered again "Zugangs-PIN" and for the moment the message I have O2.box webpage is that the homebox is active and the connection is active (please see the picture).



However, I still cannot connect to the internet and i am constantly redirected to telekom's page with a message that connection is not active (please see picture 2).



Could you please help? At the moment I would see I am almost desparate and losing my mind how to reslove this.



Went also to your shop but they told me to call hotline - couldn't get the operator for 2 days.

Hello everyone, I aknowledge that it might be too boring to reply in English (I see that on German treads replys are almost within an hour), but for the moment I am really desparete and any help would be really much appreciated.
