I've been using Homebox 4421 router with no issues until it happend a week ago.
Apparently, my old router- Homebox 4421 that need to be replaced with a new Homebox 6641.
According to the instruction, there is also CD for the installation. But it doesn't included in the box when I've received.
In this case, we can also setup manually via the browser at o2.box or 192.168.1.1. - My understanding is correct?
Also, I tried to access it (at o2.box or 192.168.1.1.), ' Weiter' button doesn't work with attached picture.
When I tried to click the button of 'Weiter' for further processes. But it wasn't activated.
Could anyone advise me of what I should do? or there is something missing what I have to do.
Thanks a lot in advance.!

Moin Moin,
the configuration with IP or home.box is thee right way.
A CD is not necessary. If you get the new homebox because of a Technologiewechsel than
plug the homebox directly into the wall plug, with out any other hardware. The cabel should go to the gray plug of the homebox.
If the failure is still alive, than contact the O2 Hotline. Maybe something went wrong switching you to the new connection.
For more help from O2 please put the land lane number in Profil bearbeiten in the field Telefonnummer: than scroll down to Fertig an click on it. The number is needed to find you contract, they will NOT call you.
