I am sorry about the confusion about your recent bills.

The amount you're required to pay is because of calls and text messages not covered by the flat rates of your contract.
The letter you received in March clearly states that there has been no technical error and the charges were correct.
In the recent letters sent to you, there is also an email address mentioned, you can contact the respective department there.
Unfortunately, this is also the reason why we're not in the position to help you in this forum, I'm afraid.
