for cancelling the DSL contract because of moving abroad you have to follow the next steps:

- write a cancellation letter with the reason of moving abroad, the deactivation date that you wish for and all the information of your account (formless)

- attach the following forms as well: deregistration form of your current place of residence, registration form of your new place of residence abroad, letter of agreement that o2 is allowed to charge a 3 months basic fee as a replacement

- your also have to send back your router. For that one you can generate a retour ticket here:

Keep in mind that all of this is not done in just two weeks. It takes some time.
