I have transferred connection from my previous tenant. I order new O2 homebox 6431. Struggled to get my zugang pin. my connection is not yet established as I don't have O2 phone. Is that some assistance will come and help me and how to raise request. It's almost a month. Paid 90 euro for two months and connection charges. But of pain, I could not connect internet. Got my contract details and access details for phone too. But need an service assistant
