Good evening,



I had a problem with the last payment of my account with the telefon number 0176xxxxx791



The payment was taken from my account the day 13.11.17, but the same day, the same amount was given back by telefonica.



Today i have received a e-mail that i didn't make the payment. I'm no longer in Germany since 01.08.17 and I even told that i would leave the country in that day. Can someome explain it to me what's the problem? I can't make the online payment since i no longer have my old number avaible, since the contrat ended 23.10.17

I can not have a look at anything, cause you haven't mentioned the phone number anywhere in your profile.



Please consign the number somwhere privately in your profile.



Otherwise you can also contact the hotline or the chat for further information.



But- if the company has tried to charge it, and gave it back at the same day, it must have to do something with the bank account coverage. Or was the bank account already closed cause you left Germany?
