I ordered a modern type of DSL-Router (HomeBox 2) and I received a letter on 26.May 2016 which mentions that I can activate my new Router on 13.6.2016. I suppose for this I need the new technical devices (new Modem perhaps). However, I still did not receive anything (I mean the new devices). In that letter, it was written that in the next days I will get them but yet nothing. I would like to know how can I find that when I receive my new modem.
I appreciate it if you answer my question.
