Hey. I have a problem. The o2 send me a email with this content :

Kundennummer ......
Sehr geehrter Herr Vlahovic,
wir haben eine Sendung an Sie mit dem Vermerk „nicht zustellbar“ zurückerhalten. Für zukünftige Sendungen
benötigen wir Ihre richtige bzw. vollständige Adresse.
Bitte prüfen Sie im Kundencenter auf dsl.o2.de/meino2 Ihre Rechnungs- und Postanschrift und korrigieren Sie
diese gegebenenfalls.
Wir danken für Ihre Mithilfe.

The problem is that I dont have internet now beacuse o2 shut me off. They say it is beacuse of the bill, but I didnt recive the bill at all. The o2 say there is problem with my adresse or with the post.
But the thing is that my adress is all the way from the begining THE SAME adress on wich I recive my modem the adress with which I was registered in the begning. The o2 has my bank account data and they allready charge my account with lastaschrift but the bill was wrong and the refund me back. But now they say there is some problem with the post and adress wich is the same adress from the begening.
The o2 say in the mail in pdf file : Please check in the customer center on dsl.o2.de/meino2 your billing and mailing address and correct
if necessary.
I was THERE already but i dont see the stuff that they want me to change on my Kundencenter auf dsl.o2.de/meino2....
Please i need help beacuse this is mental and if there is no solution for this problem i realy going to cancel this service....

Hi,
it seemd for me that the post has a problem with youre adress, maybe a new worker ? Is your name at the postbox on your home ? If you got any different letters and packeges ?
What you can do is to take the help from a o2 shop neare by you, or use phone for calling the hotline or use the livechat to clear the adress problem.
For help by a moderator here you have to wait a few days
