O2 existing Client changing address! 



Help needed! Dear Moderators i kindly ask for your help! I will change my address in the same building from one apartment to the another! I went to the O2 shop and they told me to call to O2 support. I called to O2 support and they told me to do it online. However the site is in German and i barely understand it. I need your help! Please help me to ask for the technician to come and change my DSL connection to the new apartment! Thank you.
