Help in English please

Hello, I left Germany in August last year. I was told my contract would only go until September, I have been billed every month since I left and now owe a huge sum of money. I am abroad and do not speak German so cannot call customer service, "Lisa" the bot cannot support in English, the uk webchat team cannot access my account details. What to do? Please help me.

I did not terminate it because when I was at the shop the associate told me it would be only for a few months. Please can it be terminated now? I will settle the balance although I think it's incredibly unfair as the associate at the store was misleading and there has been not a single usage of that number since September last year.

Die you not sign a contract? Normally this would be for two years. You will need to check your contract, but if you have left Germany permanently then you can terminate the contract early. Send a letter to o2 and enclose a copy of your deregistration in Germany and proof that you are now living / studying / working in the UK.
