I ordered a DSL connection and I have received text messages and emails stating O2 needs more information. I call, and I do not understand the recording since I am still learning German. Can I have someone call me?



I made the order, and would like it installed, but I cannot get anyone who speaks english on the help line. I have been waiting for my DSL to be installed for three months... please help!



this is a customer community. Call back is NOT possible.




How about any advice then? Do you know of anyone that has had this issue or something like it?
