Hello,
I have two contracts (Vertrage) with O2 one for Handy and one for DSL. I received a letter that I should save my DSL Rechnungen (Invoices) because of a system update. I did so and now both my contracts are under single Kundennummer but I cannot find my old Handy Rechnungen online. The old DSL Rechnungen are still available online. I telephoned O2 in mid- April and they told Handy Rechnungen will be visible as well by 23.04 but they are not as of now. So I called again today. The O2 staff told she can’t find it as well and will send me the last 6 month Rechnungen per post. She didn’t tell about costs. I want to be sure that I should not be charged for these documents per post as this is not my fault that Handy instead of DSL Rechnungen are not visible at the portal.
I registered myself new with handy number but it doesn’t help either.
Second, I see a new combined invoice online for Handy for a period 13.04-14.04 & for DSL for a period of 10-14.04 (period of system update). Although, I have already paid the bill for entire April month at the beginning of April. I asked this as well on phone, the staff told that it is only the monthly Gründgebühren for the said period. If I paid already for entire month then probably this will be adjusted with upcoming invoices but don’t know when.
However when I extrapolate the figures to 30 days the amount for respective Handy and DSL Grundgebühren/month is higher than what I pay.
Please look into the matter and make sure I will not be charged unnecessary.

The problem is I could not see any of my Invoices for Mobilfunk sent before O2 system update in mid april 2019. The new invoice on 23.04.2019 came after system update that I could see before your post as well. So the problem persists. After telefonic conversation, your O2 colleague sent me per post some of my Mobilfunk invoices as she said she can not fix the problem. Hopefully, I will not be charged for old invoices as problem with system update is not my fault. Please confirm this.
Second, the invoice on 23.04.2019 that contains Grundgebühren for the period 10.04-14.04.2019 (during system update) is unjustified because
1) I already paid for the DSL Gründgebehüren for 1.04.2019 to 30.04.2019 in the start (see 18.03.2019 rechnung for DSL). It is double charging!
2) Also the charged amounts both for mobilfunk and DSL for the accounted period in this invoice (23.04.2019) when extrapolated (Hochgerechnet) for the month comes to be higher than what I pay for the monthly rates after deductions according to my contract for Mobilfunk and DSL. Refer previous invoices before system update for proof. I was told that system update has no affect on my product or monthly charges only name of my DSL product is displayed now as O2-DSL classic S flex even though I brought an "O2 DSL All-in M". I am waiting for the next invoice for the whole month, hopefully it is adjusted correctly for over charging. Till then I will not mark my problem solved.
Frankly, this is consuming a lot efforts and I find O2 system update a burden for customers.
