I charged 10 euros im my O2 account. But I dont want to use it anymore. Then can I get refund from my balance?(Guthaben)

Hi,

it sounds like you have a Pay As You Go SIM card (Prepaid-SIM-Karte).
You have to download this form and mail it to o2: https://static2.o9.de/resource/blob/70982/01c6e4a0d79666f33a3a2220fd39f0cc/prepaid-guthabenauszahlung-download-data.pdf
o2 will transfer the money to your bank account via SEPA Credit Transfer.
After that your SIM card will be deactivated.
