From august my internet from home is not working.In this period I needed badly internet for my job so I had to use my handy internet and I had to pay over 50€ for Guthaben. I also lost at least 20€ Guthaben for calling your colleagues "the tehnicians" who promised me so many many times they will fix my internet and also promised that today between 8am and 14 uhr they will send personally a tehnician to my apartment and of course nobody came in spte that i waited all day at home. Your colleagues from the biggest O2 shop from Berlin recommended me to send 5€ more this month for internet so all will be ok but it isn't. Right now I don't need my money back I just need to help me close very fast my contract with O2. If not my two lawyers from my personal company are ready to sue your company for taking ilegally my money for over 3 months and not providing the services I pay for. Another more serious internet provider is already waiting to take over. Please consider and help me now because it is my first and last warning.
