Why does the shop operator in Alexanderplatz (Berlin) charged me 25 eur for 10 eur prepaid SIM-Card? Like he said: "10 eur for package and 15 for plastic" oO Is it legal? Operation was at 16 May from 19:20 PM to 19:38 PM. He billed my sim-card and under the table he billed some head-phones. He didn't give me the final paper bill for cash operation. After that i discussed it outside the shop with my coworker, shop-operator heard it, went out and gave me the headphones with phrase like: "I forgot to give you a present! when you buy prepaid sim-card - headphones free!". I've got them unpacked, can i return them? And where can i write about such strange behavior?

You should take into consideration to go the next police station. If the shop really acted this way, they committed an offence.

Apart from this you could write a letter to o2 and complain. o2 collects such complaints and if there are several of them they will take measures against such shops which have a contract with o2.

The headphones surely won't be changed by o2, as you "bought" them from a shop. These shops are independent from o2 and earn their money by selling mobile contracts, mobiles and gadgets.

I don't think that I'll be able to proof my position to police officers. And also it will take so much time for 15 eurs =/

But i'll complain with O2. Because it was their official store on Alexanderplatz (Berlin). And I guess they've got camera records and cash machine logs to check it.
