I have called emergency hotline after not being able to reach and get any help from o2 for the wole day.



the person on the line kindly asked me for my problem, i explained (i have another thread for the issue / Dsl störung )



the person on the line told me that this festnetznummer i have is not found on the system and i have to call another number on monday (the same number i have waited on the line over 2 hours today and eventually didnt connect to anyone /from 13:30 - 16:30)



what does this "festnetznummer not found" mean?
