Hello. I have been receiving rechnung even after my cancellation (which was in July) of sim card and account. I dont understand why O2 has been trying to make transactions from my bank account and also charging me that even after cancellation. I really want to know the reason for that finish all the transaction with O2. Moreover if I have also closed the bank account, how should I pay for that. Especially when I am living outside of EU.
Did you send in all the reuqired documentation to end your contract early and pay the 3 months' fee for this? Did you receive confirmation from o2 that your contract has been cancelled?
Yes I do not speak German so I could not fully understand it but I got a call from O2 about my cancelation and my account is deactivated. I have checked it twice before I left Germany in July. However I received a bill for extra fee in August and also received another one in September. I have asked why O2 is keep charging me money but all they said was I need to pay for the bill. So I asked what do I have to pay for. Then they said if I want to know, I should ask here in O2 Community and they will activate new chatting room for my question. But they never did.
