This is my second message, for some reason I cannot the forum will not let me post in the English discussion.... So this is probably in the wrong place.

We are moving Dec. 1st and need to cancel our o2 contract. I've had some trouble finding the proper forms and where to send them. Regarding proof of new landlord, what does this proof need to be or say? Please, any info we can get so we can move forward would be helpful.

Thank you.

BJ

For a cancellation because of moving abroad you have to send in the form (you find it attached here with my answer).

When you open that document you also find the other information and forms that you have to hand in- the deregistration form of your place of residence, a regiostration form of your new home town or a confirmation of your new employer, as well as an agreement letter that o2 is allowed to charge 3 months basic fees as a replacement. Keep in mind that it will take time until that is approved. It will not be done by the 1st of December. ⚠️

The address you also find the form.

Kind regards,

Jessica ☺️
